In order to collect the 19 Neopoint prizes, and the Dizzy Yooyu avatar, your account must have been created prior to June 21st, 2025. It does not matter if you were actively playing at the time, but it must have existed. Accounts created on or after June 21st are ineligible to participate—if you try to visit the Colosseum you will be redirected to the main Neopets homepage.
Premium prizes and trophies retired on June 30, 2025, and are no longer available.
