@asrk790 it's obviously not AI generated art. Can we stop throwing this accusation around just because art looks janky. I've been in the game arts industry for nearly 10 years and it's clearly not AI. Is the quality still kinda lacking? Yes, but I don't like to punch down on overworked artists who probably have terrible deadlines and no support from leadership.

Knigtess: They have a right to criticize the art. It it poorly done, and absolutely does look borderline AI. Again, its valid criticism that youre treating like an attack.

TBH I don't think it's AI either, if you look closely the painting is not very well done, probably done in a rush or on purpose? There are also some inconsistency, like Luxinia's hands are not using the same stroke width, maybe they rescale the other one and didn't want to redraw it.

saying everything you don't like is "AI generated" is stupid and empties the discourse towards artificial intelligence. it makes serious and based critiques towards AI look repetitive and baseless. if you REALLY care about the quality of the art you'd learn how to do a valid critique and stop copy pasting internet verbiage.

yea the art looks a little janky but that jankiness looks human lol. ai art tends to look super overpolished

It's really frustrating to read some of the comments as a player. I can only imagine what the real people who worked on this project must feel.

Can't you have the slightest respect for other people's work? Does anyone here ENJOY having their work disrespected?

I thought it was pretty obvious that they were going release it between 8 am - 10 am as that is what they always do for these more carefully monitored events since they are based in California. Kinda sucks when you are super hyped to start but makes sense and is only for one day.
