The Neopass progress reset issue should now be resolved. For users who experienced data loss, we are doing our best to restore any purchases where possible.You may need to proactively visit your device's app store to install the update. Opening the app itself will not force you to update.
If you are successful with re-linking to NeoPass, but find your progress still is not restored, we highly recommend reaching out to official Tales of Dacardia support, especially if you lost any paid items.
