There is a short introductory quest to repaint the town plaza and begin the event.
This is the same paint roller used in last year's Festival of Neggs Donation Drive.
The mechanics of the event are unchanged from similar previous ones, though the limited time gatherable event resources function as bonus items worth more than other resources of equal rarity.
There are also a selection of Neopets.com prizes available from the event's prize shop themed for either Festival of Neggs or a species with an April pet day, and four automatic prizes for hitting donation thresholds.

This Donation Dome will last from today through April 30. There is a login calendar ongoing in the same timeframe as well.
