Roblox Festival of Neggs Event

For those following the beta of the Neopets Roblox experience, Neopets Gardens, today they have released a limited time event themed around the Festival of Neggs. Hosted by none other than Topsi. As you can see below, he's his normal self. You can speak to him to learn what he's been doing since he malfunctioned a few years back.

Every hour, for 10 minutes he'll provide rewards based on the number of Neggs (which you can grow in your garden) delivered to him. There are three levels of rewards:

Small (1,200 points)
Medium (3,000 points)
Giant (4,700 points)

These counts are server wide, so if there are several players in your instance, you can work together to get more rewards. Rewards include new seeds and decoration blueprints for your garden. There is also a login calendar for the next 7 days starting today, with a new Neopet colour unlocking for players who log in for all 7 days.

As has been the case up to this point, there are no rewards on the Neopets site for participation in this event, only within Neopets Gardens itself.

Wrong direction to advertise to. "Hello, fellow kids" vibes. What children give any amount of kaka about Neopets in 2026? Neopets is for the kids of the 2000's. TNT knows it considering they expect every user to have a credit card for premium, pay-to-win BS and excessively priced jewellry merchandise.

Wild idea but prioritise fixing the Neoboard language filters, treat us like the adults we're all aware we are and stop flailing like a loose firehose when it comes to target audience. Why are we all still pretending there's kids here?? You think kids who already have literal Roblox and Fortnite and TikTok have time for a browser pet game designed for 2004? Who are we trying to kid?

Nothing in this game looks well designed. But I've never played Roblox--is it because Roblox in general is very ugly??

Roblox supports fully animated and rigged models, the makers of this game are clearly inepwrienced and it seems that Neopets just went with someone who was willing to work for a mere pittance, and for the effort given it makes sense.

It's also very funny to see Topsi portrayed as a Roblox avatar.
