The bag will award 1 random item when opened and contains a new set of possible prizes, which we're documenting in our Item Database! As with the previous bags, this new one is not tradeable.

This is also an unusual month, as the previous Winter Y27 bag was distributed on the usual March 7th date. This means Premium players are receiving two different bags this month. An update in yesterday's New Features seems unaware that this happened:
Hi Neopians! A heads up that the next Premium Goodie Bag hasn't been given out yet, but rest assured, once we fix the issue, you'll receive one for March!
The bags are being distributed very slowly. If you have not received yours yet, don't worry! In previous months, it took nearly 24 hours to fully distribute, with some players not receiving it until the following day. When it's your time, you'll receive a Neomail, along with the item in your inventory. (Just like the Premium Collectible!)
If you have any old, unopened bags in your Safety Deposit Box from previous drops, then you can still open those at your leisure and receive a prize from the older pool.
Definitely not worth that much anymore but better than that 500k book that I got from the winter bag a few days ago
