This is not the first time that Endless Challenge has offered Neopets.com prizes, however, the previous occurrences were managed manually by TNT outside the app with a mutliweek delay. Neopets.com prizes were also not at stake every cycle, only on occasion. With the latest update to Faerie Fragments, Neopets.com prizes are now awarded directly through the app, so perhaps we can expect this as a permanent fixture with occasionally rotating prizes?
You can participate in Endless Challenge twice per day for the next week, although the second attempt each day will cost you coins. You will then have all of the following week to claim your prizes.
