Tales of Dacardia Donation Event Now Live

Today, the donation portion of the ongoing event in Tales of Dacardia has begun.

There is a short introductory quest to repaint the town plaza and begin the event. BEWARE! This event's paint roller has an identical icon and plaza appearance as last year's Valentines event. Make sure to use the one that appears later/lower in the grid of rollers if you participated last year.

The mechanics of the event are unchanged from similar previous ones. There are also a selection of Neopets.com prizes available from the event's prize shop themed for either Valentine's Day or a species with a February pet day, and four automatic prizes for hitting donation thresholds.

This Donation Dome will last from today through February 28. There is a login calendar ongoing in the same timeframe as well.

Thank you for the warning!! because I did totally use the wrong paint brush this morning, and upon seeing no quest completion figured that the event was not active yet

Spring Usul Flower Basket was just in the Neopies prize pool and is only worth 200nps yet it's currently the top prize for this event since the book was given out first. TNT really should change that... and most of the other prizes as they're mostly deflated junk. Why not use these solely to help deflate items with ridiculous prices and bring back items that are super rare/high value instead of now using all the prize pools to mostly just hand out more already deflated useless junk?

The Valentine omelettes (Strawberry Heartsicle, Sweetheart Candy, Cinnamon Heart) are worth 175 Crabby tickets when I donate them. Did they update the values for them?

The paint roller selection is so frustrating. Why don't they include names of the paint rollers, so you know what event they actually correspond to...?

I don't think they put the prizes in the wrong order, they just didn't think that last one through. JN's values right now are 154k, 1.4m, 8m, ...200 NP.

@arktus sry for late reply: It was the day JN posted this that the book's value changed, dropping down tremendously. Also the rock dropped down the next day and It used to be slightly cheaper than the book: now It's currently the other way around
