for the sake of ppl gambling on these caps, they should at least give a grace period of a FEW months in between just blatantly putting it for sale in the mall in just 1 months time...
it was one of--if no the most--wanted item in that cap. so if you spent 40$ gambling for it from the cap because u kept getting instagram filters instead, only for it to be put onsale for a 1.50$ exactly 1 month later..? i'd be peeved. what is even the point of gambling on capsules anymore if the items will just release outright in the shop next month?
this is why so many ppl don't bother with capsules anymore amid the insane nc release schedule.
