love the out-of-universe owl and pigeon(dove?) in the bg... could've easily been a whoot/horus/albat and a weewoo with minimal (2min of) research.

I bought 2 and they don't open, I get the error message "The capsule doesn't want to be opened yet. We've got our best team on loosening the capsule lids. Give it a minute or two and it should open." however it's been several hours now and it's still unavailable.
