At some point close to the end of the Donation Dome, my points got reset to 0. I usually save them up and spend them all at the end, so I did not have much to spend this time. Was this a common occurence, or did it only happen to a few people?

I don'y know anyone that wastes time playing those lame app games.

I try not to complain too much because we see plenty of it, and this issue is more so with the app devs but honestly this app desperately needs an update or replacement. I tried so hard to keep up with Dacardia for the rewards, but it's such a slow, unsatisfying game that I just can't push myself to play it anymore. I even like decorating games and tried to find the joy in setting up my island similarly to when I used to play cookie run kingdom, but the UI and small amount of decoration items falls completely flat. On top of this, these donation events are so frequent and the pets get hungry so quickly that you practically have to play for several hours a day to have the kind of inventory able to satisfy both. It's just a waste and I really hope we see in the future a way to get the additional Neopass daily and weekly rewards without being made to play things that just feel like a chore.

Too bad I can't login to the game today. It's just stuck on the page that says "Play Now" but clicking that button does nothing. I restarted my phone, Uninstalled and Reinstalled the app...

@samaanthag Yeah, that tends to happen a lot, especially If you are logging In constantly. One must first wait for Its account name to appear on the upper left corner of the screen. Otherwise, It won't budge. And If It doesn't appear there Is definitely a desync going on, In which case you do what you did. (You could also try and go to the app Info of TaDa, and If you have an option to "Clear Data", that'll work nearly exactly the same as uninstalling and reinstalling)

@vivabug personally I think It would be easier to just trash the game at this point, honestly >,<'' I only play It because It's easier to earn those few 25k neopoints daily (and more) than playing videogames In the website. At least for me It doesn't take over 20 minutes, which Is already too much for such a slow game. (I really wish they could speed up the unecessary animations, like when you touch a gathering point, that screen approach Is SOOOO obnoxious, and It's worse cuz you have to repeat that process countless of times )

@samaanthag I have today the same issue. It worked all fine yesterday. Wanted to finish the Questlog. Sigh.

After so long of complaining about that game I finally uninstalled it just before the end of the year and I can confirm that it is a huge improvement on my life. I do not care about the rewards that you can get. They are not worth the pain of playing that terrible game.

I wish that they would give more options for games to play, something that is simpler and less frustrating.

I honestly feel that Tales of Dacardia needs to be shut down. The user experience is so bad and the content is so lacking that it's an embarrassment to the brand.
