Making the birthday wheel discount code even more ridiculous

The discount codes from the wheel are flat out insulting and a waste of a spin, and the fact that you have to spend a minimum of 500 to even quality for 25 cents discount is insane.

At least they "made up for it" with the goodiebag and gave us a decent disc-- oh, never mind, the text was a lie apparently and it's only 150, not 250. IF you spend a whopping 1000 or more. Lol no thanks.

Correction, the fact that you have to spend a minimum of 500 PURCHASED Neocash.
The laughable amount of free NC doesn't even count, which is even more disgusting.

By the next news cycle, people will forget about this treatment by TNT, and flocks to buy new styles, prismatics, MME, BFGBCs, Stocking Stufftacular, and sign up for premium for extra prizes during Advent Calendar.

Sigh, they truly do find new ways to disappoint.

It even said "we know you already landed on this space but just reminding you!"
and then showed me them, again. I do not even have 500 NC.
Im not asking for anyting (other than a different space to land on after, and to get rid of the 25k, because that is so disappointing)
Landed on that twice, 2 days last year.

The discount is not working for me. I'm trying to purchase the 5 pet slot bundle and I have enough with the birthday discount, but then when I click purchase, it removes the coupon and says I don't have enough NC

@uhhhhheather You need to have the full undiscounted amount of NC to make tge purchase and the discount code then "refunds" you back the amount it takes off, is what I had heard from other similar scenarios.

I was planning to spend 1000 NC to get the 250 discount, but 150... makes it even less worth it.

How do you even claim this free thing? Every time I try to do so, it just takes me to the capsules I have to purchase. Is it me? Is anyone else having this issue?

For anyone else struggling, scroll past the big banner that has the goodie bag and is totally clickable and you'll see the goodie bag in the items with a Claim It button.

It's really terrible of them to make it seem like you can claim the bag by clicking on the banner. You CANNOT. you have to click on 'claim' below the actual bag in the shop listings.

The discount slots on the wheel SHOULDN'T EXIST. A discount on something you have to spend money on IS NOT A PRIZE. They should award 25 NC instead. Then people would A] Have an incentive to go to the mall and B] not have enough to buy something, so have an incentive to buy NC.

Who comes up with these terrible choices regarding NC/the mall? Clearly someone who doesn't have a solid marketing background.

Idk if it's just me but when I go to the NC mall and click the ad for the goodie bag, it's not there and I cant seem to find it anywhere in the shop?

I have a question. Did they star putting their own "Tax" On NC items now? I tried to buy 10 caps, the price is 1500 went to check out the after purchase credit: 1,610 NC!! What is going on here am I am missing something?

Do Not Click The Ad. That will be pointless and take you somewhere entirely wrong.

Scroll down to New Items once it stops seizing your browser to throw obnoxious animations at you. (because why not make you suffer if you want to buy something). It is there in New Items. After you click Claim It, it goes to the NC part of your Inventory.

So on a new layout screen you need to toggle it to NC, or on an old layout you need to scroll all the way down.

The goodie bag has been updated to state 150NC off any purchase of 1000NC

My goodie bag isn't showing up in inventory. I can put it in my safety deposit box by using the quick stock feature. Is there a workaround?

@thebestneomom you need to toggle the switch at the top right of your inventory between "NP" and "NC"

I am going to stop with the NC! I am going to buy RL things instead. I have been insulted by this and need to cheer myself up..and by a RL jewelry, pizza, long Island Ice Tea....not tea at all so until we get a better size/offer..now thank you!
