UPDATE, November 5th, ~2:45 PM NST: TNT has posted an update, acknowledging this issue. All users who lost their streak will receive their streak prizes, and any streak reset tickets used will be reset!
TNT is anticipating bringing Quest Log offline while this compensation goes out, and expects it to finish at some point on Thursday, November 6th.
We are aware of the issues happening with the quest log and actively looking into it. We're currently working on granting streak rewards to all users who interacted with the Quest Log in the past 7 days but weren't able to claim their reward. We'll also be resetting everyone's streak save tickets as well. To ensure everything goes smoothly, the Quest Log will be taken offline while these grants are processed. We estimate grants will be finished sometime during November 6th. Once the process is complete: Everyone's streaks and streak re-rolls will be reset. You'll see a new streak and a new item when the Quest Log returns. Note: items are selected randomly, so it's possible you may see the same item again by chance. Thanks for your patience while we get everything sorted!
UPDATE, November 5: Last night some users started receiving canned responses to their tickets:
Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologise for the Quest Log error. We’ve received multiple reports that Daylight Savings has affected Quest Log streaks, causing broken streaks and missing prizes. Our engineers are actively investigating and working on a fix, though we don’t have further details yet.The same issues persist, and TNT still has not publicly addressed this at all. This is not transparency.

UPDATE, November 4: Today, many users are now encountering a broken streak despite having completed all tasks yesterday, and a counter that is displaying a fractional number (X/ 7.0416666666667) which is impossible to complete if you are on day 7! We strongly encourage everyone who has encountered an issue with Quest Log since the reset yesterday to submit a ticket to TNT. Our own personal tickets have encouraged the resetting of Streak Save tickets for the month, auto-awarding current streak prizes, and even taking down QL completely until this mess is fixed.
At the stroke of midnight, TNT refreshed the prizes for the daily quests and weekly streaks over at the Quest Log! The NeoPass weekly quest prizes finally updated as well!
These prizes are expected to be around until some time in early January—there's no set date that the prizes are rotated out, just roughly every 2 months. (Last time was September 1st!)
Due to Daylight Savings yesterday, weekly progress was unfortunately not saved! Even if you completed your quests, it will say you missed progress towards your weekly prize yesterday. You'll be forced to use a Streak Save ticket or forfeit your current streak. If you use a Streak Save ticket, it will then not show your Streak Reward with no ability to toggle to that section at all, which also means you also have no option to reroll into the new pool. We'll see what TNT does to hopefully fix this.
Also a note, the NeoPass daily quest prizes continue to be a shared pool with the regular daily quests, so you will see those same prizes for your NeoPass daily quests. The NeoPass weekly quest prize pool has finally changed, and remains a unique pool. It's unknown when it will update again, but quite possibly this January after it's run a full rotation.
