Tales of Dacardia Login Calendar, Event, Wheel Prizes, and QuickFinger Stock

On Wednesday, Tales of Dacardia released an app update v1.9.5 with a slew of updates.


Login Calendar
A daily login calendar has launched today. It includes 19 days of prizes but will be available for 22 days, through October 31st.



Upcoming Donation Dome
Another "Donation Dome" event will begin on Monday, October 13. This iteration's inexplicable assailant of a storm-battered island is a somehow no-longer-grey King Skarl. It will run for 19 days, through Friday, October 31.

New Wheel of Prizes Rewards

The timing of that donation dome would be unfortunate for me if it required significant effort to actually do.
I'm more annoyed by the QuickFinger restock. I'm still trying to earn back the pearls I spent on the previous one. At least this one has a long enough timer.

As someone who plays both FF and ToD, it feels like they want to keep doing these repeat events over and over, but not actually update much in the game. I'm at least thankful FF has the Tower now so its not annoying to do like multiple games a day for the events, but its also like why get on other than the events at the moment? orz At least change them up a bit and cycle through different types like most games (who tend to have like 3 variants of events)

They've found a formula that works to keep players coming back with minimal effort, so they have zero incentive to actually create REAL content for these games. It's utterly disgusting. This should tell you everything you need to know re: where there priorities lie.

@neolodgeism: That's not necessarily true. They would like to develop the apps more, but Dom stated a couple months ago that they are instead switching them to revolving events to instead have TNTers focus more on the Neopets.com site development, as TNT members work on all 3. They're just doing what the players have been asking for.
