Our early testing shows the new prizes being awarded at the same level as the old prizes, which at this time appear to be effectively retired as quest rewards.
Guess I shouldn't have put it off for over a decade 
excited for new prizes but... i never was able to get Bartamus. I got sooo close last time i tried and didnt think i'd never get the chance to try again.
