Hello Neopians! This announcement is regarding questions some players have about accessing Donation Dome Events. In order to unlock the Donation Dome Quests/Event, you must complete Chapter 2 of Tales of Dacardia. If you have completed Chapter 2 and you are still unable to unlock the Donation Dome Event or Quests, we would encourage you to submit a CS Ticket with any relevant steps, your player ID, device model, OS version, and if you are a Neopass user. Thank you!
It's not just you! The currently ongoing Donation Dome event has been broken for many users, showing as coming soon at the Festival Plaza even after completing the event quest:
This was a very rare glitch for some players in previous events, but has seemed to become widespread for this event. It's not clear what's causing this for some players but not for others. Based on reports we've received and seen, it is not tied to a particular device or OS.
Last night, TNT posted an in-app announcement requesting affected users submit tickets through the Tales of Dacardia customer support site:
