As of 10:00 AM NST, the plot is again live!
First things first, visit the hub and click into the story to begin reading Chapter 8 to unlock prizes and a new BD challenger.
One of the biggest changes is that each chapter now has a 3,000 plot point limit in earnings. In turn, all activities can generate "unlimited" plot points—up to 3,000 in total over the next two weeks. So, enjoy earning plot points for the activities you want to participate in.
We will be making updates to our plot guide over the course of today. We will also be adjusting our Void Within Plot Checklist Tool to accommodate this new point-earning style.
Here's what's new, and live (keep watch on this list as we update):
- 3,000 point earning limit during Chapter 8, which should be 2 weeks long
- Daily Void Essence collection and achievements don't count towards the 3,000 points
- Read all of Chapter 8 to earn +13 points
- Collect your Void Essences for +50 points
- Volunteer at the Hospital, unlock a new shift slot after reading Chapter 8, page 4 (and this also unlocks the first Act III shift); shifts now award +60 points each
- Fight in the Battledome, unlock Wretched Wisp after reading Chapter 8, page 4
- Voidworks, Cosy Campfire Collection, and Tea Time with Tavi currently do not award plot points, and it's unknown if they will in the future
- Lots of new item prizes available in the Prize Shop
- New trophy tiers added, up to 100,000 points now
- Dr. Landelbrots Void Attractor Prototype is for sale in the NC Mall, which automates Daily Void Essence collection for 7 days
