Thank you all for your continued enthusiasm and support as we work to improve the Quest Log experience. We’d like to take a moment to clarify our recent update and share some exciting news about what’s coming next! Unfortunately, we’re not able to retroactively grant rewards for older broken Weekly Streaks due to recent system changes. While optimizing the Quest Log behind the scenes, we needed to make some updates that affected how past data was stored. Because of this, we’re unable to see exactly which rewards may have been missed during that time.
That said, we’ve been hard at work building a better version of the Quest Log — and it’s almost ready! The improved system will keep a more detailed history of your quest progress so we can better support you going forward. Rest assured, however, that these updates center performance as the highest priority, and will make the Quest Log smoother and faster to use. We expect the refreshed Quest Log to launch sometime next week. When the updates release, the feature will be going offline at midnight and return later in the morning. Once it's back, all Weekly Streaks will reset — but don’t worry! We’ll be capturing your current streak data during the downtime, and you’ll still receive the item you were working toward, even if the streak isn’t completed.
As a thank you for your patience and understanding through recent hiccups, we'll also be awarding 1 Super Negg (the most valuable item in the current Quest Log prize pool) and the "I survived the Neopocalypse!" Avatar (if you don't already have it). To preserve the value of the Super Negg, we'll be removing it from the future prize pool. These grants, along with the formerly mentioned streak items, will go out to any user who has interacted with the Quest Log in the last 7 days prior to the upcoming release.

UPDATE, May 27th ~3:30PM NST: TNT has acknowledged the Quest Log loading issues in today's New Features update.
Since "improvements" are in the final stages of being implemented for Quest Log, there is a one-time reset on Quest Log Streak Save tickets for Premium subscribers. There will not be any additional compensation.

Hello Neopians! We want to acknowledge the recent Quest Log disruption over the holiday weekend, which impacted some players’ ability to claim their weekly streak prizes.
Our team has been working on improvements to the Quest Log for some time, and we’re feeling confident about our progress so far. We’re now in the final stages of implementing these changes, and we look forward to rolling out the updated Quest Log experience soon.
As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve decided to reset all Quest Log Streak Save Tickets used during the month of May. With updates to the Quest Log already in motion and nearing completion, we are not planning additional compensation for any missed rewards at this time.

UPDATE, May 27th ~7:00AM NST: The issue appears to have returned this morning. The page will sometimes load successfully after multiple attempts.
Our advice: if the page does not load within a few seconds, cancel the refresh and try again! When the page does load, it will load quickly. No need to wait the full duration for a blank page!
UPDATE, May 25th ~5:00PM NST: The Quest Log page now appears to be working much more reliably again. If you continue to face the blank page error, try refreshing until the page loads successfully.
It's not just you! Starting around 10:45am NST today, the Quest Log page loads as basically blank, besides the sidebars.

You wouldn't know it, but this is the Quest Log page!
We can confirm that it does rarely load properly, but may require several refreshes.
We'll update this post when it's fixed, or if TNT makes a comment.
