March Quest Promotion Prizes Going Out

UPDATE, 3:45 PM NST: In today's New Features update, TNT has confirmed that emails will be going out in batches between now and Friday, May 2nd (a week and a half away). Some prizes may also be deposited directly in your inventory vs. receiving a redeemable code in your email inbox.

Hello Neopians! Thank you for your enthusiasm in celebrating 25 years of Neopets with our 25th Anniversary Quests! We're happy to share that rewards will be sent out in batches by the end of next week (5/2). This includes all in-game item codes as well as notifications for our Top Prize Pool winners.

Depending on the quest(s) completed, prizes will be distributed directly to your inventory or via a redemption code sent to the email associated with your Neopets account. Congrats again to everyone who participated!

This morning, emails have begun to go out with prize codes for completing the "quests" during the March Quest Log promo.

If you participated in one of the tasks, check your inbox! They will be sent to the email address on file with your Neopets account. You will receive an individual email for each promotional task you completed, each with a single code to redeem. Email delivery times, so far, seem random.

As a reminder, here were the tasks at hand:

Have an active Premium subscription
Purchase Neocash directly through Neopets.com
Pre-order Neopets Monopoly
Connect your Neopets.com account to NeoPass for the first time
Download and play Faerie Fragments up to Level 100 (the Level 650 and 700 prizes are not time limited)

Are we getting a separate neomail for every prize? I should've qualified for several but have only gotten one prize so far.

@dillpickles: Yes, each completed task will be a separate email with an individual code. I will add that note to the post.

The delivery times seem... random? We had one staffer who completed several tasks and has only received 2 emails so far. One at 5:00 AM NST and another at 8:17 AM, with more expected.

In other words, if you didn't get anything yet I wouldn't worry.

Has anyone else gotten error messages when redeeming their prize codes? I got 2 and neither of them work

@lumpypigskin2 it's a known issue with Grundo Warehouse. Just verify the code is correct and keep trying. eventually you'll get a blank screen instead of the error, at that point the item will be in your inventory.

@biediep: Yes! All active Premium subscribers should be getting one of the prizes (differs monthly vs. yearly, detailed in the linked post at the very top of this post).

Besides the pre-order, I have done the rest. No email yet. I don't know if I'm the only one but, I don't even receive emails when my neopets leave the neolodge or a copy of my neocash purchase. I barely get some for news (Faerie Fragments, Varwolf and NC Mall). I do have them checked on my profile.

I just got a response back from a ticket I submitted about not receiving anything and was told that prizes are still being awarded and to wait until May 11th if I still haven't received an expected prize. Right before getting that response, I got a royal candychan in my inventory with zero notification, which I thought was a prize for buying NC--which I didn't do during the period. This entire roll out is a mess.
