Still can't even get the game to launch.

My game was working fine (minus meeps) until this 'update'


Keeps logging me out or isn't able to log in...:l

I still can’t progress the story because the chapter “Try Jorett’s Food” is glitched for me.

My app stopped working since an update a few months ago, reinstalling won't work

It is not working. I was finally able to complete a level, but doing tasks keeps failing and trying to claim neopets.com prizes to send over results in losing connection completely.

i'm guessing that's the only thing they touched, since i'm still getting the constant crashing (ios version) for sure. ahhhh i wish i could go back to when it was up and running as faerie's hope lol. shame to have to give up on it

Maybe they should stop messing around with these aps and work on the main site ? For the last week its been almost unplayable in the mornings.

Haven't seen this error at all but glad they fixed it.
Now if only they would finally fix my 699/700 avatar progress bar glitch...

Was finally able to get past level 519 without that error

Just had that last night with a lot of errors. Was thinking it was just me. Glad it isn't!

i wonder what exactly is causing the issues, because my game has been running fine pretty much the entire time i've had it - i don't know much about coding or anything, but it being inconsistent seems odd? (not that i haven't had *any* issues, just not any issues that have prevented me playing)

this does explain why my guild has been so quiet lately, though haha

My story wont advance after almost 3 cycles of all levels. Sigh!

The part where you swipe your card to pay for Tia's Exhange seems to work just fine.

Wondering how long it will be until they abandon these apps. Dacardia already feels like abandonware with how slow updates are and Faerie Fragments sounds like it’s having problems too.

I sent a ticket concerning this and they told me they would release a hotfix for this issue.

I'm clear past 650, otw to 700, and my 650 is STUCK (ticket already submitted)

Game has run fine the entire time, minues the ascending hoyru game..that never records levels correctly (RIP)

I submitted a ticket out of frustration last week, and they responded with this:

"Hello Elyse,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the "Cannot Settle Match" issue in Faerie Fragments. We understand how frustrating this may have been, and we truly appreciate your patience.

We have just received an updates from our tech team that they've deployed a hotfix to solve this issue. However, theres a catch - you may still encounter the "Cannot settle match" popup after finishing the level, but as long as you click on the "Retry" button, the level would be settled and can proceed as usual.
(This error is caused by a level data mismatch and clicking the "Retry" button will update the data - so it is essential for the user to click it when encountering the error)

Thank you again for your support and understanding—we truly appreciate it.

Maybe that has something to do with it? Game is finally playable for me after like two weeks straight of cannot settle match, so that's nice.

i wish i could go back to when it was up and running as faerie's hope lol

Still can't get the daily login prizes to come up most of the time.

can confirm this is not even close to being fixed and the game still feels wildly unpredictable

I got an invite to complete a survey about the app and the most recent event tonight. The link to the survey was in the messages section.

I filled out the survey. Went back to the game but it's offline

I can't even get the game to launch now.. it gets stuck when searching for updates (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠)
