Faerie Fragments Down

UPDATE, MARCH 31ST: Although the below original issue is resolved, the app is presenting a new problem. Upon successfully completing a level, you might be presented with this error:


Your progress on the level will not be saved.

In a separate but possibly related issue, some players are also reporting their progress is not being properly saved, finding they have been sent back one or more levels when they reopen the app.



UPDATE, ~6:50 AM NST: The app now appears to be back up. Huzzah!



It's not just you! Starting around 8:30 PM NST last night, Faerie Fragments went down unexpectedly. Users playing at the time were given connection errors, and all users attempting to open the app since will get stuck on the loading screen.

TNT have not yet commented on the issue. We'll update this post if they do, or when it's back up!

This is getting kinda laughably ridiculous at this point. I've not once made it to the end of the daily rewards track because there is always some bug or error that prevents me from playing one day.

I don't think it's actually sorted. I just lost progress, got hit with a Network error and then the above error again

Not fixed, keep beating a level and it won't confirm, keep pressing retry and nothing.

It is down again as we are getting unable to settle matches, try again message

I can't progress in my game due to the "Cannot settle match" error either. Extremely frustrating with the timed event on the line...

SO has been stuck on level 270 with an open ongoing ticket since October. I wish they would care a little bit about making the game stable before adding more p2p characters and events.

I get this message on the main game but not on the side ones. I'm late coming back to this after Faeries Hope was rewritten so I'm redoing the early quests. A Song for Two is saving correctly for me at least

i've been crashing before i can even see the error (lol. what a thing to say) but my progress also hasn't been saving even when it progresses to the level complete screen, so i'm *assuming* this is what's happening

April 2 and I must have played level 70 over a dozen times. "Cannot settle match" error won't let me proceed with the game.

Dream world "Song for two" is working fine though.

I managed to complete Song for two but can't move to the next Dream world. So now can't progress anything. Really wanted to get that avatar lol

I'm still receiving the "Cannot settle match" error! It has prevented me from progressing in the game for 4 days now so I escalated my support ticket this morning

I'm also still having the issue in the regular game.
I was able to play the side stories with an occasional glitch (I'd not touched them yet), but finished them since kalee11 mentioned that was working.

I'm so sad that this app basically isnt usable.
Personally im not even dealing with the constantly reported issues, for me its super laggy and then just crashes after like a minute or so.
I wonder if theyre just gonna do away with the app in the future with the rempant bugs

That's a good question. Support said it was fixed over the weekend. I just tired it and got the same error message. I'm just about ready to uninstall the game at this point.

If anyone cares, I got a response to my ticket about the "cannot settle match" error overnight (I submitted it about 4 days ago) and they asked me for more details. It seems they're unsure of the cause of the error and are trying to pinpoint it so they can fix it. If you have the error and haven't sent in a ticket yet, maybe submitting one and giving details could help them get it fixed? Idk

So I'm now getting this error message when trying to log in with Neopass: 'Google reCaptcha has detected potential suspicious behaviour from your network and blocked your access. Please try again in a few minutes'. Had this on two separate devices so far so can't even get on the game any more
