NC Purchase Update Bonuses Being Awarded

On March 3, 2025, TNT announced and implemented an update to the Neocash purchase process on the site. This included a limited time bonus:

To celebrate these updates, NC purchase from 3 March 2025 – 9 March 2025 (PST) will get you a chance to win a unique Paint Brush including Baby Paint Brush, Ghost Petpet Paint Brush and Snow Petpet Paint Brush. If you don’t win any of these, you will still receive a free NP item. Consider it a little cherry on top of treating yourself to some well-deserved NC!
These bonuses have started going out today! Check the email associated with your Neopets account for an email from [email protected] with a code redeemable at Grundo Warehouse.

@queenofthebats this is a known issue with all non universal grundo warehouse codes. most of the time the item will still be in your inventory. If it's not, just refresh the error page a few times ( or re-enter the code) and keep checking your inventory until it shows up.
