The link goes to a new Neopets subdomain: affiliates.neopets.com. This has a blurb at the top of the page describing the program, which appears to involve referring people to the Neopets Shop using an affiliate referral link:

There is also a small FAQ section that describes the different affiliate tiers in more detail. Affiliates who refer more revenue will receive a higher commission, as well as additional benefits. (Notably, these benefits seem to confirm a return to SDCC this year!)
There is a form to apply on the page. Filling out the form will create an affiliate account and display a welcome message, though your account appears to still require review by TNT to be fully activated and functional.
At the time of writing, TNT has not formally announced anything, though maybe they will soon; we'll update this post if they do!

Being an older Neopets player (in my 70's age wise) I don't understand any of this. I like to customize my pets, do the Quests, play a few games and talk to people on the boards. If I can keep doing that for awhile, then I'm happy. With all the stress going on in the world these days, Neopets is still my happy place and I hope it continues to be. **shrugs**
