Tales of Dacardia Compensation Prizes

This morning, Tales of Dacardia received a small update to launch a "Prize Shop Compensation Calendar" to make up for the Valentines Day Donation Drive prize shop closing two days earlier than promised.

This calendar has 10 days of prizes, but is available through April 8th, so you can log in any ten separate days until then (including today!) to fully claim the prizes. The prizes will include both in-app prizes and past Neopets.com event rewards.

Hello Neopians!

We apologize for the mistake regarding the Valentine's Day Donation Drive Prize Shop not being open for the aformentioned extra 48 hours after the event ended.
We have been trying to resolve this issue but unfortunately we are not able to open the prize shop back up for this event. We will work to fix this mistake in the future so that this doesn't happen again.

As a compensation, there will be a Daily Login Calendar running with items from the Valentine's Day Donation Drive Prize Shop, as well as items from past events. This login calendar will be available until April 9th at MIDNIGHT NST, don't forget to grab them!

Separately, Faerie Fragments went down for maintenance last night at 7pm NST. The message in-app says it will be up at 5am NST, though an alert on Neopets.com says it will be 5pm NST. Either way, perhaps we can expect an update there later today as well!

Hoping they fix the Faerie Fragments avatar issue. I've been stuck at 699/700 for 2-3 weeks now even though I'm now at Champion level 36 or whatever.

@biediep Same thing happened to me. I sended a ticket, and within some days (idk how much, didn't check everyday) it was resolved

Really.. because I did too and they said it was "fixed" and if I could please restart the app and confirm.. So I did and literally nothing had changed. My glitched prizes were still there (that still say "claim" even though I already claimed them but they won't go away and just give me an error if I try to claim them again) and the av is still at 699/700. So I replied to my ticket saying that no, it wasn't fixed.. so they'd look into it again and now I haven't heard back for over a week.

Faerie Fragments is back up!
My issue was not fixed -_-

My Faerie Fragments seems to be stuck on the in-app "Updating..."
I wish it showed a progress bar or something to indicate that something is actually happening.
