I love Ogrins but I don't care for the Candy color. But the outfits are wonderful! And I'm considering maybe painting my Hissi origami...

I really like the origami hissi itis so well done.

The Northern Ogrin also has a female variant if you take off the antlers.

They really went HARD with the gumdrops on that guy XDI feel like less is more with this one

I'm in the minority that dislike both sets of "costumes" for Ogrin. They are full-body suits that actually cover the original Ogrin, rather than trying to work around the original Ogrin design. As a result, they fit poorly with existing clothes. That's the trend of current wearables, they are just full-body covers, which invalidate other clothing items that I have collected over the years. Most of the time, these full-body suits also need the entire set for a coherent look, further limiting the creativity of customisation.

Candy is a bit of a miss for me, especially when you consider that the Peppermint Candy Body Paint JUST came out. This just looks like an alternate version of that with some gum drops pasted on.

Origami Hissi is very cool though! Definitely a well thought out and nicely executed way to celebrate the beginning of the year of the snake. Love when they do surprise colour releases like that.

The Fabled Ogrin looks kind of like Sisu from Disney's Raya and The Last Dragon.

Origami Ogrin is spiffy but would be a better homage if it was red and gold. And had whiskers. Definately whiskers.

There's a lot to unpack here. Let's see what I think of this (because my opinion matters to no-one ).

Candy Ogrin: I like the toes, I like the body and the tail is nice too. The "ruff" looks odd and the "mane" is just too much in my opinion. But hey, they picked a theme (or two themes) and stuck with it, so that's good I suppose.

Fabled Ogrin: Is this based on something? Probably is, isn't it? Not on something I am aware of, but what AM I aware of? Unless it's a Changeling sort of situation, from Friendship is Magic.. In any case, I think it's too much. I like the hair, that is draped nicely, and the colour of the body is nice too, but the tail? Eek... And why has it got flowers growing out of its ears?

Northern Ogrin: It's a moose. It's cute, even if a little contorted. I understand the choice of naming, but if one is from Canada, or just about any other part of the world for that matter, the name makes less sense. There's no moose living north of me!

Origami Hissi: Cute~! The floral pattern on the body is a bit meh, but otherwise I like it. The eyes are a nice touch too ^^ Oh and the spots are drawn on as well? Neat

*sigh* And more disheveled Orion stuff.. Seriously, am I the only one getting tired of seeing his unkept face? Get that man a brush at least! Although, since he's knocked unconscious now, maybe he'll finally get some actual rest too!

@apophis324 The Fabled Ogrin outfit is based on the Chinese Qilin (specifically the more slender, deer-like version). ^^ The Petpet Quilin is also based on it, but its name makes it more obvious.

Hmm. PJs usually implies both a top and a bottom. I can see the bottom in the pet image but it's missing in the NF.

@powerwingamber: But.. don't Qilin usually have at least one horn? Or are those flowery things supposed to stand in for the antlers sometimes seen on Qilin?

Kinda curious if anyone knows yet, but is Orion meant to be a stamp for the Neovia album? It was a bit random so I thought maybe it was going to be for one of the Other albums; but since TNT seems like they are making an effort to add to older albums, I gave it a second look and it does seem like it could fit there.

I wish the gumdrops looked better. The candy theme tends to be one of the better ones among the modern designs.

Hopefully TNT fixes the white outline around the Fabled Ogrin Body when it's actually being wore and that's just an artifact on this announcement preview.

yeah i'm tired of these "body-suit" outfits as well.
especially the rl animal trope going around.

the fabled would have been okay if it was separated correctly as a bodypaint, wig, ruff, horn sets, etc..

but in the end i would just love actual uh... CLOTHING outfits. and original ones at that, not npc/canon character dupes.

I love Ogrins, but I feel that fabled outfit will be inpossible to get, just like the Mythical Xweetok one

Just realized you can't even wear the Fabled Ogrin Head separately..
I mean, you could, but the shape of the hair is completely cut out in the shape of the Fabled body so it looks immensely stupid on its own.

Lol the Fabled tail sits too high up on its own as well. Doesn't even connect to their normal bodies.
They should've just made the whole outfit 1 item in this case since the head and tail are worthless on their own.

It's really annoying how they keep making these "outfits" where you need all the pieces for a coherent look, like they don't even color-match any existing base colors. For Fabled Ogrin they could've made a wig with antlers, markings, a tail, etc... but then the "free" players would get too much good stuff without shelling out for NC.
