This release consists of the 29 Tyrannian pets, both those that never had a UC version and those that never existed before customisation! There are also 19 completely new Celebratory Anniversary styles, depicting the star-patterned Neopets we've seen showing up over the past year in the build up to the 25th anniversary of Neopets.
Notably, there's no equivalent "Anniversary" colour for Neopets yet... but we're expecting that to go up at some point with the Birthday celebrations and the new 25th Anniversary Paint Brush that was seen inadvertently floating around Neopia.

These styles are rotational, with no retirement timeline announced yet. There is also a sale on Styling Studio supplies through November 29th, with most of the bundles on sale for 25% off. (The Styling Studio Supplies 5-Bundle is oddly only 12.5% off at time of writing, so buyer beware.)
