Quest Log Prizes to be Updated

In an early morning Reddit comment, TNT Luna announced that Quest Log prizes will be receiving another update "next Monday," November 11th, with a wider announcement going up in today's New Features update:

Hi everyone! There will be an announcement posted in the news but the Quest Log should be rotating next Monday (: thank you!!

The New Features announcement should confirm it, but we expect for both the daily and weekly prize pools to receive a full refresh, with things like codestones staying as in the last rotation. If you're currently working towards a weekly streak prize, you should be able to continue doing that even after the new prizes rotate in.

As a reminder, these prize rotations are slated to occur every 2 months, but there's no regular schedule to them (e.g. it's not always "on the 1st").

Well, at least it's coming soon. I also wouldn't mind three months. I feel like I spend so much time rerolling to try to get something I want.

Just counted and i have 5 days left, i don't think i'll be able to get my current weekly by then as i'm at work when they usually switch over. Snegg? Not for me.

Three months is far too long, the prizes are already all worthless after only 2.

They still changeover on daylight savings even if you have a streak, I'm stuck with a booby prize now instead of the expensive item I wanted... that's fine, I guess

This prize pool wasn't as exciting as the previous ones so no need to drag it out.

There are still many stamps and books and gourmet foods that are out of reach. Be nice to see more of those instead of toys.

Hopefully they don't add in plot prizes or daily prizes to the weekly pool this time around. That was a bit a bit of a fail.

Nothing in Neopia should cost 3 billion NP. That's more NP than you're allowed to have in a bank account. Quest Log is doing a great job.

Items with greatly deflated values is one thing, but I got a weekly prize of 100k NP a couple of times!
I think if we are more than halfway through a week of quests when the change comes our final prize doesn't change.

I agree that I wish it was a 3 month turnover time, but I will say that I look forward to the next weekly prizes, since this last one was... okay. Had a few stamps and the Disco PPPB I wanted, but not much else after that.

For Petpets, I wish for Sharky, Bat Boy, Snotbunny and/or Moltenore for the next round! Maybe release Floobix, Flurm and/or Graffle, too? *hint* *hint*

For backgrounds, I wish for Underground Tunnel, Sailing into the Sunset, Ultimate Battlefield and/or Altador Forest. I'd REALLY love to have UC Pet Plushie and Neon Background, but since those are from recent item codes, they're probably pipe dreams. X)

For wearables, I wish for Baby Cloud Hat, Maraquan House, Falling Leaves Shirt, King Altador Stuffed Decorative Leaf Bag, Lunar Cape, and/or Raining Confetti Hearts.

Also, throw the Starry Bedroom Canopy back in the prize pool, you cowards!

Tbh, I think two months works out about right in terms of rare items ending up around a few mils. The only exception I have is that robot thingamajig sticking around a bit more, but now that premium perk allows all species these days it's not as necessary.

Since TNT will not "be in the office" on Monday due to the holiday, I am curious if it will really change that day. I guess they can automate it.

Yeah, changing the 100k np for a nothing amount of NC would be fun! Something like 50NC, big enough to say "yay, I won NC!", small enough that people would still want to buy more.

Happy I was able to get a golden mr irgo stamp in my quest log in these 2 months, I wish also the black collectible scarab and emerald coin would have appeared...

oh well hope they will come back / rotate later on again!

i'd be fine with 3 months too, to me it doesnt matter if a prize that i want is "only" worth 100k or so by month 2, i'd rather still do the daily quests for a week to get it. i'm collecting books so that's what i'm after and so far the quest log never disappointed in that regard (just rerolling for what i want.... tough).
so many items are extremely overvalued on this site it's okay if some lose their value a bit.
