San Diego Comic-Con 2025
Neopets returned to San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) in 2025. The event will run from July 24 to July 27 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California. Like last year, Neopets will staff its own booth separate from any merch partner.

Announcement
When the Neopets Shop Affiliate Program launched on March 21, 2025, the listed perks included access to "San Diego Comic-Con after-party (July 2025)."
An official announcement did not come until May 22, 2025 as part of the newly-launched monthly update for May:
Neopets at SDCC 2025
Join us from July 24-27, 2025, at San Diego Comic-Con with a new display on the show floor, an exciting merchandise lineup, new collaborations with partners, and an exclusive meetup for Neopets convention attendees.
The announcement was then featured in the official SDCC blog a couple days later on May 24.
Neopets Booth
Neopets was at booth #534 in this year's edition. The booth did not have any particular theme—other than, of course, Neopets! The booth was staffed by a mix of TNT members (Dom, Akeelo, Dragon, Mayo, and Renesmee) and ambassadors (Dawn, Joe, Kay, and macosten).
One side of the booth was used as a sales counter, both to display merch and conduct transactions.

TNT Renesmee with some customers
Directly underneath the counter was some artwork of Neopets in Neopia.
Some backlit artwork above and adjacent to the sales counter featured some rainbow and Nova-themed items.

The top features art from the Flying Rainbow Nova Trinket, available from a code from the SDCC25 LE Neopia Set available for sale!
Directly to the left of the sales counter, where TNT was able to enter/exit the booth, was art of some Hasees and Neggs.
The side of booth directly next to the sales counter featured a backlit wall with the Money Tree and some Petpets, along with a shelf displaying some of the larger merch for sale.
Just next to the money tree shelf was another table for displaying some of the smaller merch available for sale.
A backlit wall adjacent to the booth was available for photo ops:

A banner next to the wall advertised Neopets social media.
Behind the booth was a large piece of artwork featuring various Neopets with the 25th anniversary logo.
Perpendicular to this were a pair of door-walls hiding some additional merch storage.

Various pieces of exclusive and non-exclusive merch were available for sale at the booth. A menu near the checkout area detailed the offerings:
An SDCC 2025 exclusive art print illustrated by Anthony Conley was available for $15. This was limited to 500 pieces.

UCC Distributing
UCC Distributing was at booth #5613.
Merch for Sale
UCC Distributing offered a large array of items from their various partners, but a limited offering of three for Neopets: SDCC 2025 exclusive baby plush bags for $29.99 each. Unsurprisingly, the options were Aisha, Kacheek, and Shoyru.

A limited number of bags were made available each day of the convention.
UCC Lottery Mechanics
In order to ensure effective crowd and line control as well as (somewhat) equitable access to items, attendees needed to make a reservation through the official SDCC exclusives portal to purchase from UCC Distributing. These reservations are allotted to interested attendees using a random lottery system.
The reservation guaranteed a date and time that an attendee could make a purchase from the UCC Distributing booth, but did not guarantee any particular item. Thus, due to the limited number of plush bags available each day, an attendee would have to be lucky enough to get a reservation early enough in the day to purchase one prior to them selling out.
The full details of this process can be found on the Official SDCC Exclusives Portal FAQ.
Stylin' Online
Stylin' Online was at booths #5029, #1222, #1321, #5545, and #415. They offered a throng of merch for various licenses, one of which is for Neopets. The mystery box contains five items and sold for $70.

Kickoff Party
Neopets hosted a kickoff party after the first day of the convention on Thursday, July 24, from 8pm-1am at Rooftop Bar – Tequila Del Cielo in the Gaslamp Quarter. The rights to admission were granted in advance via a lottery system with tickets costing $30 to attend.
Decor
The venue was decorated with various pieces of Neopets decor.
A Neopets 25th Anniversary Edition Aisha Jumbo Plush greeted attendees at the entrance. It was placed next to two prop books from the upcoming Neopets Tabletop RPG.
A large, Neoquest-themed banner was available for photo ops.
Standees of iconic Neopets characters were placed around the venue.
Another large banner featuring the Altador Colosseum was placed behind the food buffet.
The bar's full menu was available, but three of their offerings were rebranded with a Neopets theme!
Tables were strewn with Neopets Tabletop RPG postcards and disposable cameras. We're not sure what TNT will ultimately do with the photos!
Guest Book
A spiral-bound book with pages for each Neopets species was available as a guest book for signing (and drawing)!
Photo Booth
Cielo's photobooth was set up with a custom Neopets screen, and printed on a custom Neopets sheet.

Quest
All attendees were given a quest card upon entering.
Attendees could get their card marked by TNT and some helpers by completing fun activities around the party!
- Draw an Aisha from memory in Battledome Ambassador macosten's sketchbook.
- Win a round of Dueling Decks with Merch Ambassador Joe.
- Find the locations of five KeyQuest keys hidden around the venue for Bree.
- Find Princess Lunara hiding behind her umbrella.
- Discover the "Mystery Pic" in the photo booth and give it to King Skarl (cosplayed by the host of the San Diego Birthday Bash).
After completing each quest, the quest card would be marked off. Once all five quests were completed, the card could be turned in for a special SDCC 2025 Kickoff Party Code Card. These cards had codes starting with SDT1 redeemable at Grundo Warehouse, randomly awarding one of the below exclusive items:

Interview with TNT Dom
On Sunday morning of the convention, Jellyneo had the opportunity for an interview with Neopets CEO Dominic Law a.k.a. TNT Dom! We discussed his day-to-day responsibilities, reflected on the two years since the start of the "New Era," the challenges of steering the brand, and how TNT is balancing modernization with nostalgia.
