Around the side of the booth was a standee featuring a celebration-coloured Kougra and Shoyru.

Several posters and signs were displayed on the table, including a list of accomplishments by the so-called "new era" team, a merch menu, and a sign promoting free Canadian shipping from the Neopets eShop using code FANEXPO.

The booth was very popular and always busy throughout the weekend! Jellyneo overheard many people exclaiming excitement about seeing Neopets in attendance and hearing about its recent resurgence.

Sunday Panel

Neopets hosted a panel on Sunday at 1:00pm in room 705. The panel was titled "Community & Nostalgia: The Neopet Legacy" and had the following description:

Join us as we celebrate the long-standing Neopets community and its impact over the years. Hear nostalgic stories from long-time users and discover how the game has created lasting memories. We'll also discuss the role of nostalgia in gaming and its significance in the modern market.

The panel was a look back on favourite plots, with a disclaimer that they couldn't get to all of them! Each plot also included trivia questions, which would include a prize for guessing correctly. The panel was hosted by Senior Game Designer TNT Saber, with TNT Dragon on assist to hand out trivia prizes!

TNT Saber (left) and TNT Dragon (right)

The first plot reviewed was the Virtupets Plot. It was released in 2000, and required Neopians to bring together 1000 codestones. The trivia questions were:

Q: What was Dr. Sloth's first name?
A: Frank

Q: What did Neopians have to do to free Mira?
A: Adopt 20,000 Grundos

Next was the Champions of Meridell plot. The trivia questions were:

Q: What was Lisha's brother's name?
A: Jeran

Q: What species of Neopet attacked them?
A: Techo

Q: What species is Lord Darigan?
A: Korbat

The next plot was Battle for Meridell. The trivia questions were:

Q: What did Sally call the creature?
A: Mr. Scary

Q: What is the name of the group influencing Lord Kass?
A: The Three

Q: What is the name of the air faerie?
A: Psellia

Next up was the The Altador Plot. TNT Saber shared that Neopians impressed TNT as they thought no one would figure out the puzzles. The crowd collectively said "Thank you, Jellyneo!" (We're blushing!) The trivia questions were:

Q: How many constellations until you are a member of the club?
A: 3

Q: Name 4 of 12 heroes in the Hall of Heroes
A: Jerdana, Siyana, Kelland, Florin, Torakor, the Darkest Faerie, Marak, Fauna, Psellia, Gordos, Sasha, or King Altador

Q: What is the archivist's name?
A: Finneus

The final plot was The Faeries' Ruin, which is TNT Saber's favourite. The trivia questions were:

Q: What did Hanso steal?
A: A circular artifact

Q: What is the wraith challenger's name?
A: Oblivion

Q: What went missing?
A: The statue of the Darkest Faerie

After the plot recaps, the floor was opened to attendees to share stories about what the community meant to them. These included stories about couples that met on Neopets and were now married, lifelong friends meeting up at this convention that have been guildmates for years, people from the Kadoatery timing board getting to meet in person, and stories of now-parents helping their kids with Neopets. It was all very heartwarming and wholesome!

Cosplayers

A few attendees came dressed in Neopets copslay!
