Altador from the Clouds
Altador from the Clouds returns for a fourth time as the Neocash component for the Altador Cup XX. It will run from June 22nd to July 22nd.
Boarding Passes
Boarding Passes went on sale at the NC Mall starting June 22nd, and were additionally purchasable from the event page. As with past years' NC event, you do not need to buy separate passes. Instead, you can buy boarding passes individually or in bulk to redeem for only the items you want.
There will be 14 unique daily items, but you can also use multiple Boarding Passes to get an unlimited number of each unique daily item. (This is similar to hanging multiple stockings in the Stocking Stufftacular.)
You can participate in this event on your side accounts.
Boarding Passes can be activated by visiting the event hub page and just clicking on the item you want. Alternately, they can be activated from your inventory by clicking on the Boarding Pass and activating it via the item action dropdown. Once your pass is activated, it will be removed from your inventory.

How to Play
Once you have activated your Boarding Passes, visit the Altador from the Clouds page and click on the chest for the day you wish to claim. A confirmation box will pop up:
Upon clicking "Yes" the item will be immediately added to your inventory:
You can claim any day's item again, up to an unlimited number of times, provided you have enough boarding passes available.
Although passes will leave the Mall on July 22nd, you can continue to redeem already-purchased passes until the start of the 2027 Altador Cup event.
Prizes
Premium Subscriber Rewards
New in 2026: For the first time, Altador from the Clouds will be offering bonus prizes of a retired NC item for each day of collecting a prize to active Premium subscribers. To receive the prize, you must simply collect the daily prize.
On the prize pop up, your Premium prize will be the second prize listed (right on desktop screens, bottom on mobile screens), with the first prize being the normal prize. There is an exception to the prize order when bonus prizes are awarded, as outlined in the next section.
There are a total of 14 prizes, one for each day, that correspond to collecting the main prize. Here are the list of prizes:
Bonuses
You will receive a bonus for redeeming passes for each of 3 unique items, 7 unique items, and all 14 different items, however the 3-day and 7-day bonuses can only be claimed by redeeming passes for the corresponding Day 3 and Day 7 prizes, respectively.
You can receive bonuses in duplicate for the 3-day and 7-day bonuses, but the 14-day bonus may only be received once per account. Premium members will additionally receive an extra bonus alongside each main bonus item.
On the prize pop up, the bonus will be the second prize listed. If Premium, confusingly the 3rd prize listed (the first with the Premium star) will be the bonus prize, with the last item being that day's re-release prize.
