The Advent Calendar is a daily that is only active in December. You may visit each day for a short Neopets animation and the opportunity to collect some free items and Neopoints. If you are participating in the NC Mall event, we also have a list of the Stocking Stufftacular gifts.

New this year, there will be a snowflake hidden in the animation that plays on the Advent Calendar each day. Once you've spotted the snowflake, you can click on it to receive a wintery-themed bonus prize; for a complete list of the items you can win, see the Snowflake Prizes section below!
The Advent Calendar gave out 23,006 NP over 31 days this year!
Some Neopians will also receive the Winter Sidebar (now known to be a prize for visiting the Advent for all 31 days in December):

Hidden Snowflake Prizes
For the first time ever, each Advent animation has a hidden clickable snowflake in each animation. Clicking on these snowflakes will award you a random Neopoint item once per day. A full list of potential prizes is below:
While collecting a hidden snowflake, you may also be awarded with a special NC Holiday Snowball. This snowball can be melted down with the Really Warm Holiday Mittens, purchasable in the NC Mall, to reveal a special holiday wearable.
