StackPath—the service that Neopets uses as a firewall—has been causing issues with the Altador Cup over the past several days.

If you're affected, you may notice that it's difficult, if not impossible, to send scores on the AC games, and you may also notice other issues with various pages, such as not being able to load Trudy's Surprise or your customisation closet.

Players first began experiencing bans late last week, and seemed to have had a reprieve yesterday. But as of early this morning NST, StackPath is once again seemingly banning players from completing certain actions around the site.

From a technical perspective, affected players are seeing 403 FORBIDDEN responses when attempting to do something around Neopia. This is typically the response a web server gives when you are banned from visiting a site. It's not a banned-on-every-page situation, but only on some web requests, like submitting scores for the Altador Cup.

It's currently unknown exactly why or what criteria TNT is using to ban players from submitting Altador Cup scores, but we're hoping that they'll take a closer look at their StackPath settings and fix this sooner than later so everyone can get back to playing.
