I'm having a big problem with the Site Verification system on Neopets. I can't even log in because it is set to refresh basically every second, so I don't have the time to write my user and password... I can't believe I'm the only one having this kind of problem, they should have received a feedback about it by hundreds of users, so why it is still set to work this way??

Not to mention that once you are miraculously inside, you can't do anything! Neither the trudy surprise, nor the money tree, nor the trading post... NOTHING!!! It requires a refresh on a loop. This is like the fourth time in less than a week... Am I the only one having this problem?? I'm using firefox, if there's a solution let me know please

Hi, I'm having the same problem, now it takes Hours to do dailies and I often give up, because, anyway, a lot of things don't go through.
The inventory is inoperable, and, since I am a NC trader, you can imagine how much trouble it's been causing me. And that's not the only issue: nothing it's working, nothing! I want to run away from the site

I tried both Firefox and Chrome, the site does not work the same.

Yes I'm from Italy, what about you? I refuse to believe they're doing this only for selected countries... But honestly I don't find anyone complaining about it in their FB, TW, forum etc... It seems like the majority of the world is not experiencing the problem... So the doubt is real 
I still can't use anything on the site, no dailies, no shops, no trading posts, I can't even click on items in my inventory because the page goes blank... I'm on this "Security Service" on a infinite loop...
I wonder if this is a way to get rid of a 17 years old user who had experienced a site that is not there anymore... No complaint, no pain =___=

I'm from Italy too, Alessia (user: deasilenziosa), and the idea that the 'Site Verification' issues (that are so heavy) are not affecting every country arose in my mind also why, as you say, I do not see complaints about it in the Neoboards: the malfunctions are so serious that they would give rise to quite a stir, if most of the users were troubled.
But more, when I have spoken with NC traders of other countries (USA, UK, and other) about my huge trouble with the site, most people have given me replies like "I'm sorry that you have these problems with the site" and similar. My husband, who plays Neopets too, is experiencing the same issues. I have a 15 years old account, I never experienced such a mess. I'm thinking to send a ticket, I doubt that that would work.
But more, when I have spoken with NC traders of other countries (USA, UK, and other) about my huge trouble with the site, most people have given me replies like "I'm sorry that you have these problems with the site" and similar. I, too, think this site verification on a loop affects only users from continental Europe.
I surmise this has to do with the current geopolitical situation and this could be Neopets' countermeasure to the surge in attacks targeting EU countries' institutions (including Italy's biggest internet provider at the beginning of February, even if its owners have, quite obviously, denied it).
I'm overly paranoid and I refuse to use a VOIP to log into my accounts

I sent a ticket days ago (still no reply) but since you told me this fact, I'm trying to collect facts that this is affecting only few selected countries (Italy for sure) and then I want to send a new ticket saying that this is called DISCRIMINATION
That's the only thing we can do, but I want to go heavy on it
