TNT has begun distributing a link to a new community survey. Questions in the survey range from how long you've been playing Neopets to whether you've played offshoots like Faerie's Hope and the NFT Neopets Metaverse.
At the end of the survey, you also have the option to enter your email address to win a Neopets merchandise swag bag consisting of various merch items currently for sale.

Strange that they mentioned the new podcast but didn't ask for our opinion as they did on the boards.
I made it very clear that I dissagree with the Metaverse project. Why to ask, when you know the general opinion of your fanbase? As if constantly talking about it is going to make the players want to play it.

Added onto the massive pile of feedback pointing out the obvious: Continuing to push NFTs will force away the community who has supported Neopets over its lifetime. :S

I won't bother to respond this time. They, unfortunately, do NOT really want feedback, nor are they the least bit interested in doing anything at all to restore neopets.
They are enticing you to give them your email so they can garner information, not so they can give one of you a prize.
No response, imho, would send a better message than filling out a survey. It's a totally sparkly, steaming pile

NFTs stand for Non-fungible Tokens. They're basically an "investment" where you purchase the rights to one single image that you can sell to someone else. It's a ponzi scheme that has several issues.

Yeah.. Right.. If they haven’t worked that out already from the last few surveys and the neoboards and comments on their socials there’s no chance this will be any different. I don’t believe they look at any written comments on these things; just tally the tick boxes.
Can’t help thinking the metaverse question is there partly to ‘normalise’ mention of that space.
Or maybe I’ve got this all wrong and it’s a case of too many marketing execs trying to justify their existence.

Am I the only one wondering why under the question where I get my news on Neopets, the News page was not an option?
I still don't understand why I can't play a certain Match-3 game on my phone, while it can run an MMORPG just fine (granted, it crashes if things get too intense).

I took it as well! I was thinking about leaving it be but they probably have to show this to money givers and such (the overall result) and if only the people who are not upset go and give an answer , that it will seem way to favorable.

I just told them to sell the site, because getting it away from JumpStart and NetDragon and into the hands of someone who actually cares is the only way there's going to be any real, positive improvement, let's face it.

I took it too and said how much I did NOT care for NFTs or mobile games and to please fix the site and the games and the BD.
I even gave my email at the end to enter the prize draw but really, at this point in life I am trying not to collect any more things! I only wish I had someone to give my current Neopets collection of plushies and cards and such. Oh well, after some of the comments I made, they probably won't even include me in the drawing anyway!

I put forward the idea of integrating Ruffle into the site for the Flash games so they wouldn't have to worry about converting them to HTML5 (and so we wouldn't have to play versions of the games that feel like pale imitations of the original ones). Here's hoping they consider it!
