other 3 will be a pain to finish, most were from daily dare years ago, festival of neggs, the cup, or other various one and done deals. some of the charms were from events, or so rare they dont exist.

Yeah oof. If they're going to release more album avatars they need to fix the problems. The only people who can get the skarl charms are cheaters or those willing to work with cheaters.

So some album items which need wider distribution:

CHARMS:
* Festival Negg CC: Hm, really no place they give out random Negg items. The Neggery is in Terror Mountain, and though I don't see Kari ever selling them, maybe they could have Taelia give them out as a reward for her quests as a favor for Kari. Or maybe make a new Quest feature, Zaira needs some help and will reward Neggs, Negg Tokens, and Negg-related items.

* Skarl CC: Maybe it's time to update Grumpy Old King's prizes. Make some prizes more common (like the Charm), other rarer, retire some, introduce some new ones. Also maybe make it so there's a chance he'll give an exclusive prize as a "chuckle" prize (Skarl was going to give you something from the kitchen... but he ate it. Um, here, take this nicer prize and let us not speak of this again). Could also maybe make it something the Turmaculus and Symol Hole have a rare chance to give?

OTHER III:
* (Altador Cup Stamps): I don't want to make King Altador as the go-to giver of Altador-related past prizes. Let's see, these are meant to be "Commemorative" so it's not like we can make them just normal rewards. Also, we have ALL the older AC prizes with plenty also deserving re-releases. How about putting the off-season Altador Cup page to good use. Even though the players aren't there doesn't mean the Yooyu aren't! So new Quest where you fetch items to help keep the Yooyu happy and the reward will be a random past AC prize which they fetched from the storeroom.

* (Game Master/Daily Dare Stamps): Like the above AC, I wouldn't just want to restrict it to the stamps but all the older GM/DD prizes. Gonna suggest another new Quest (probably going to be my go-to solution honestly, but hey it'll be something to do), this time it's helping King Roo with getting "parts" to help try to repair the Games Room. And upon trying to repair one of the arcade cabinets he'll instead find a random past GM/DD prize and give it to you as he has no need for it... and then the cabinet will begin smoking, shock the king, give out a loud alarm, or some other zany thing which has King Roo decide to stop repairs for now.

* (Festival of Neggs Stamps): Oh good, we can lump them in, and all the other past Festival of Negg prizes, with my above Zaira quest suggestion.

* Mumbo Pango Stamp: Kitchen Quest reward.

* (Wraith Resurgence Stamps): Wheel of Excitement prizes (along with other Faeries' Ruin & Wraith Resurgence prizes)?

Oh, and this of course we also have other features on the site like the Igloo Garage Sale and Almost Abandoned Attic. They could make it so you can wish for these items from the Wishing Well (rare to happen of course). Maybe have a rare chance to show up in the Money Tree or Rubbish Dump for a very lucky player. And finally we have Random Events that gives Paint Brushes away, why not one for Album Items?

I can go on-and-on with suggestions because having a way to give more of these items out is easy to do... the problem is TNT refusing to do them. And yet, they expect us to either put these rare items into an album we can never retrieve them from for no reason OR there's an Avatar we can get and expect a good majority to somehow be able to get all the album items even though a few (if not a lot) are from past Events/Plots or are rare site feature prizes.

Items can be rare, sure, but not to the point where a site feature becomes an impossible waste of time.

Man, why did they have to make the achievable one ugly and the impossible one SO FLIPPING CUTE?! Hopefully this will at least motivate more people to try the King every day and get a couple more (legit) Skarl Charms in circulation if it's even working correctly like TNT claims.

If I was still bothering to pay attention to this sinking disaster, I'd have to acknowledge that I'm already priced out of the Other III av on account of the Chadley stamp alone. The AC stamps also make running an AC gallery even less feasible than it was after this year's AC, so yeah... thanks TNT! You're doing great!

no, Skarl Charm was coded to not be given out as there are 10 prizes and the charm is the 11th but with a quick fix, it CAN be legitimately given out as a prize but TNT claims they fixed it back in 2019 yet not one has been given legitimately based off the HST of anyone who claimed to have gotten it but their Grumpy King high score isn't high enough for them to have actually won it so it was genned

@pikachu315111: Finally sat down to read your full post and you so got the right idea. While it's nice that some items are perma-rare, giving a bit of status to the person who managed to get one (like an old plot prize or trophy), it would perhaps be nicer if everyone had access to them without having to fork over millions and millions of Neopoints (that aren't super easy to get unless you're a shrewd businessperson).

So yes, a quest that could end up giving me the Blaze I rightfully deserve, I would be all over that!
