NC Archives Wheel Updated

The prize pool for the NC Archives has been updated! If you have an active Archives Cookie, you can take a spin of the wheel and be granted retired items from NC events of the past.
At the moment, we're still gathering information on the new prize pool. It appears former prizes from the Festival of Neggs, Charity Corner, Stocking Stufftacular, Maraquan Grams, Neopies VIP Raffles, Birthday Wish Candles, Daily Dare, and even the January Weekend Sales are available. This time, the Wheel received a complete overhaul with all new segments and items not previously available from the Wheel.

So thrilled they're so obviously dedicated to fixing the site. The vomiting of endless NC of late is impressive in its misdirection. Bravo.

@lasergu: It's all "new" (retired) prizes. All of the items that were given out previously are no longer being given out.

Word to the wise: You have to go back to the NC Mall to spin the wheel for your prize for three days, but it works on a 24 hour scheduler, not a "it's the next day" at midnight NST.
Maybe you are smarter than me (totally, totally possible
)
but I missed one or even two of the prizes because I went too early and later, forgot. I would suggest putting a custom link in your Jellyneo Dailies so you don't miss it.

It's always disappointing when they add new items to a pool but completely remove old items—it feels like it's just creating a new problem rather than resolving an old problem. IMO, the best solution would be to have different Archives fortune cookies for each period of a few years.

@lasergu: I'd be curious how many people spin the wheel nowadays anyway, especially since they go so long between refreshes. Some themed re-release capsules (say, like we got recently for Sweetheart Gram items) would be better at getting the items into circulation again, IMO

True, but the archive wheel is more of a permanent fixture compared to re-release capsules that are limited time only. Plus (except for this update), the wheel tends to be more focused on event prizes rather than standard NC mall fare. It'd be nice to have options.
