i've always liked this neopets character art. the outfit is really well done and true to the original, it is just a matter of how many ppl would get a use out of it since it has a very... bold look, lol. and the bright green doesn't help.
i know it's way too early to think about but if this were dyeworked in a dark shade of blue or red or black i'd love this.
