TNT has opened a survey on a NC Mall revamp, which they've begun sharing through social media. The survey covers questions about playstyle with the NC Mall and Neopets.com in general, as well as reactions to the new NC Mall layout.

Completing the survey will enter you into a "special sweepstakes" for "a chance to win exclusive Neocash (NC) prizes."


Bizarrely, the survey is being made widely available, and several of the questions relate to reactions to the new layout, but the revamp will initially only be available to a "select group of Neopians." The survey also links to a currently unviewable article on the Neopets Portal, so TNT may have released this prematurely. We'll update you when it seems ready or anything changes!

UPDATE, ~10:45am NST: The layout is now slowly rolling out widely to players, and the Portal article is now live.

The prizes for taking the survey have also been revealed. Horrifyingly, the top prize will go to just five respondents and includes the never-before-released Parchment Puzzler Avatar from 2005's Lost Desert Plot. They will also receive a Styling Studio Supplies (although the Deluxe version is pictured, the regular name + NC value is stated) and 300 NC.


Another 20 respondents will receive the Angelpuss - Angel avatar, which is labeled as "exclusive" but is not (and you probably already have it) along with a Styling Studio Prismatic Brush and 200 NC. Finally, another 50 respondents will receive a Summer Pastels Closet Essentials Mystery Capsule and 100 NC.


You will receive an entry into the sweepstakes for simply filling out the survey with the email attached to your Neopets account provided. According to the announcement, you can receive an additional entry by purchasing both Neocash and at least one NC item any time from now through July 4th.

It's not just you! The June 2025 Premium Collectible (as well as the monthly fortune cookie that comes with it) did not go out on June 15th as it normally would.


We're not sure whether anything is being granted to new subscribers since the 15th as a result. If you know, let us know in the comments!

At the time of writing, TNT has not yet commented on the matter. We'll update this post if they do, or when the Collectible + fortune cookies are distributed!

A new cohort of Neopets Community Ambassadors has been announced! This year's group includes some returning members and several new ones, with new areas of gameplay not previously covered by an ambassador.

If you applied and didn't make it this go around, never fear—another round of applications are scheduled to open around June 2026.

Ambassadors will work with us directly to improve Neopia by highlighting community concerns, providing feedback on planned initiatives, and more. Players are encouraged to reach out to community ambassadors if they have general issues they’d like to see addressed with both the Neopets online game and the Neopets brand as a whole. Drop them a Neomail, they don’t bite!

The next installment of the Donation Dome event in Tales of Dacardia is now live! The end runs through July 1st. You must have the latest version of the app installed to participate (v1.7.5).


Compared the to previous iterations of the event, the item donation values have mostly been nerfed, while the daily donation limit has increased to 225 Crabby Chips. Paid Booster Passes are again available for sale to double your daily donation amount to 450 Crabby Chips.

Like when battling against Sid in the previous Donation Dome event, Kaia's event progress bar counts down donation points since it represents Kaia's HP, rather than count up like in other events.


Prizes include existing on-site items, returning in-app items, and a new paint roller. You will need a NeoPass linked account in order to claim any of the on-site prizes, which are all limit 1 per account.
