We're looking to add some new volunteers to help out behind the scenes at Jellyneo! We currently have open positions for the following:

• Mobile Game Guide Updaters
• Content Updaters

Applications for the Item Database crew and Battlepedia are open now through Monday, June 23rd. You can find all of the details on the Join Jellyneo page. We've updated our guidelines and requirements a bit, so if you were interested in the past, be sure to read over them again.

Not interested in becoming a full volunteer?
We've had a number of requests over the years from visitors asking how they can contribute to Jellyneo. Joining our volunteer staff is one of those ways, but is understandably a larger commitment than most are willing. So, we've put together a list of small projects and tasks that you can help out with!

From writing an article about a topic we don't cover, or simply modeling some wearables, we have a wide range of tasks that anyone can help with.

Additionally, the Island colour is again complete with two new additions:

This is in addition to the Island Pet Styles that also dropped today.

A new set of Pet Styles featuring Nostalgic Island and new Tropical Island poses are now available in the NC Mall's Styling Studio!

This release consists of the 50 Nostalgic Island styles, 18 Tropical Island styles, and 24 Prismatics for the Nostalgic and Tropical styles. Darigan Prismatics also make a return with this update, in case you wanted to pick any of those up. A number of "permanent" Pet Styles have also been removed from the regular studio, such as Alien, Quiguki, and Usuki. (As of writing, the previous rotation of Royal styles are still available as well, expected to be leaving at some point soon.)

The next rotation date for these have not been announced by TNT yet, so we aren't sure exactly how long they will stay (but based on recent rotations, probably somewhere around mid-July again).

NEW AT JELLYNEO: We're just putting the finishing touches on some enhancements around previewing Pet Styles around Jellyneo! You can now search for Pet Styles just like any other wearables over in our Wardrobe preview search. We also added some special searches to give you some quick lists, like all of the Nostalgic or Essence styles. Likewise, over in the Item Database, all Pet Styles now have a preview directly on their item info pages (like the static previews we provide for wearables). Let us know if you have any other ideas for Pet Styles around Jellyneo!

UPDATE, June 13th, 11:00 AM NST: Have you not received your Quest Log compensation yet? TNT has begun sending out neomails again as of just this morning after a week long pause. Stay tuned to your inboxes if you haven't received one yet!

UPDATE, June 5th, 10:30 AM NST: A few updates this morning: (1) the neomails with your previous weekly prize, the Super Negg, and the avatar are still going out! According to TNT, "grants may take a few days to go through"—so don't despair if it's taking awhile, it's still chugging along.

(2) Some users reported earlier this morning that the Super Negg was showing as a weekly prize again, but this should now be out of the pool for any new weekly prizes or re-rolls.

(3) And, there was some glitchiness this morning with the autocompletion of the "Feed Your Pet" quest if you had all pets in the Neolodge, but that should be working now for any NEW quests (it won't be retroactive).

UPDATE, 7:00 PM NST: Quest Log compensation prizes are still being distributed. TNT has also announced that access will slowly be returning to small groups of users over the next day to test performance and ensure that a giant mass of Neopians does not break it. If you still see the down for maintenance message, keep checking back.

An update to Release Notes has gone live detailing what will be changing. In short, nothing radical! This update is more about a complete backend restructuring to help with performance and organization, with a few good quality of life updates sprinkled in. Notably:

• Completing quests will now increment the Daily Bonus and Weekly Streak as soon as you visit Quest Log, without the need to claim Quest rewards.
• The reward toggle labels have been changed to "Bonus" and "Streak" rewards, rather than "Daily" and "Weekly".
• NP Amounts for Daily Quests are now a bit more variable.
• All Spin a Wheel Daily Quests should auto-complete now if the user has already spun the designated wheel at least once for the day.
• Feed a Pet Daily Quest should now auto-complete if all of your pets are full or in the Neolodge.

UPDATE, 3:30 PM NST: Neomails have begun to slowly go out, which will award you with your last weekly streak prize, a Super Negg, and the I survived the Neopocalypse! avatar if you didn't already have it. As with all things that get sent out over Neomails, this process is slow and could take awhile to complete.

This morning, TNT's previously announced maintenance of the Quest Log page has begun. As a reminder, TNT expect this to last until later today, when the Quest Log returns with new updates.


When it returns, any user who has interacted with the Quest Log in the last 7 days will be awarded a Super Negg, the item they were currently progressing on a weekly streak towards, and the I survived the Neopocalypse! secret avatar. It is likely that these rewards will not be going out instantly, so don't be alarmed if they don't appear when the Quest Log initially returns.

A selection of new 7-day streak prizes has been added to Trudy's Surprise.


As has been the case for the last several years, these prizes are added to the pool, but all previous prize options are still available, just at a lower rate.

If you receive one of these new prizes, let us know so we can get them added to our Item Database!
