To celebrate #ThrowbackThursday this week, we are happy to announce another new addition to our history section in the Book of Ages: an article on Lenny Trivia
This was another game, like Poogle Solitaire
and Tower of Turnips
, that has since been removed from the site. It's essentially a little trivia game with a, shall we say, interesting set of questions. After seeing a few of the questions, you'll see why it was eventually removed.
And like Poogle Solitaire and Tower of Turnips, we didn't think that an article would suffice--so we re-created the game and it is fully playable on our guide. (Kudos goes to Ummy for getting this together!)

"After seeing a few of the questions, you'll see why it was eventually removed"
Alright, let's see... okay, I see why.
Not only are these questions outdated, some are real world questions (some being outdated real world questions). Why? Also some of these questions require a very specific way of answering it that you'll have no way of answering correctly.
Is the answer 'eight' or '8'? If you guess wrong there goes your 25NP!
Love those old games with tiny amounts of neopoints for reward. But I remember way back at the beginning there was a limit of 200 neopoints you could earn per day. Kacheek Seek was a great way to farm those points (only around 3 locations back then).

It looks like there used to be more context for some of them, like "What is the evil fish?" and "Which Neopet, out of these four, lives nearest to water?". The latter of which makes it sound like it was multiple choice. So it probably wasn't as much of a wild guess as this facsimile is.
Really just looks like the predecessor to the Daily Trivia that's on the site now. Just with some real-life questions thrown in.
Still pretty cool to look at this part of Neopets' history!

"How do you calculate the area of a parallelogram?"
Wow, this is great! But yeah, the questions are a bit old. And.. strange.
It would be neat to be able to score yourself and see how many you got right & wrong out of them all.

Cute, nice work.
I answered about 25 Q's. . . until I just couldn't go on. . . and only got one right.
It was fun tho. Thanks Ummy!
@mistyqee: If you can answer them all, you'll get some final stats.

"turns into a pear"
We were looking for 'It turns into a Pear'.
"3 faeries in a row"
We were looking for '3 faeries in a row on win line'."
"it turns into that neopet"
We were looking for 'It changes species'.
How many total questions are there to answer? And does your version keep track via cookies so I never have to answer the same question twice?
Proper grammar is important! No sentence fragments!
"What is the cure for bubbles?"
Thanks Ummy for working on this!
"Where is the Trading post?" (thinks this is easy "Mystery Island"
Wrong. We were looking for "on the island"

Not sure if anyone saw this on the Key Quest board, however, someone pointed out that there are 3 new KQ tokens at the NC Mall...
I thought Aishas wear collars, not bells. Well, except for the Baby Aisha but that wasn't the answer.
Some of these answers are way too specific...
We were looking for 'In the Ice Caves'. (I said ice caves)
We were looking for 'Zap it with the Lab Ray'. (I said lab ray)
We were looking for 'Steal an item'. (I said steal items)
"Whose theorem do you use to find the length of any side of a right angled triangle?"
"How many Neopoints does it cost to open a theme park?"
"Which football team is not in the 1999/2000 English Premier League?"
