Luck Points

Having trouble with the Wheel of Uncertainty? Are you this close to beating the Evil Money Tree? Can you safely dodge those arrows shooting out of the wall? Do you need a helping hand finding a certain secret passage? It sounds like you need a little Luck!

Aren't clovers with 4 leaves supposed to be the lucky ones?

What are Luck Points?

Luck Points are little bits of good karma that can make your adventuring in Neopets: Treasure Keepers just that much better. Like Petpets, Luck Points will guarantee a favorable spin on the Wheel of Uncertainty. But unlike Petpets, Luck Points have no specialty, so one can be used to automatically succeed at any one Combat, Puzzle or Reflex check. How's that for versatility?

How do I get Luck Points?

There are two ways to increase the number of Luck Points you have:

  • Each day when you log in to Treasure Keepers you will be awarded some luck points. You will be awarded more Luck Points the more consecutive days you play, up to a maximum of 3 Luck Points per day. But if you miss a day, you'll have to start over collecting just 1 Luck Point.

  • You may also find Luck Points while you are adventuring! If you land on a "?" space you could be rewarded with a free Luck Point!

How many Luck Points can I hold?

You are allowed to carry a maximum of 3 Luck Points regardless of where they came from. If collecting a Luck Point (or 3) would push your total to more than 3, you will forfeit any excess Luck Points that will not fit in your Luck Point meter. Even the most unlucky of adventurers can defeat Silus the Swindler without even breaking a sweat with the timely application of Luck Points.

How do I use Luck Points?

All you have to do to use a Luck Point is click the Luck Point button on the Wheel of Uncertainty!
