Continuing onward in our quest to preserve old Flash-based Neopets storylines, we are excited to announce the next event series that we've remastered: Ski Lodge Murder Mystery!
You'll get to join the classic Neopets Team members, as they arrive at a large Ski Lodge located at the summit of Terror Mountain. They think they're in for some relaxing fun in the snow, but not long after they arrive, the murders begin...

This is beyond cool!!! Thank you so much!!
The first event that I could have taken part in but didn't, since I thought you had to be neo-elite to do plots when I was young and dumb.
A shame too, I knew who the killer was in round 1.
Not too much Flash in this one--just the 4 movies towards the end.
But still a fun remastering! (Especially just in case these pages don't make it in the Neopets site redesign.)
I was just thinking about this last week!
Really glad it's been remastered, this is a fun one to revisit from time to time c:

Thanks for this! I did not join Neopets until after this so it will be fun to go through it.
Aww, I love this! This was actually the first site event I learned of as a youth, and I had a blast reading the archive which actually led to me searching through the site to find others! (I particularly remember finding the NPv2 event and the... one on Mystery Island whose name escapes me)
@09gebejo: You might find our Event summaries section in the Book of Ages to be a good read: https://bookofages.jellyneo.net/events/
Wow, Neopets was a lot less kid friendly when it was first created.
Today's Advent (Monday) was actually a Holiday animation and Holiday gifts! :O
I was surprised though that JN did not update their guide for today?
Huh, I gotta admit while first watching through this I felt kind of uncomfortable. Not because they were killing off Staff members, I knew about this and Sacrificers as an oddity from the early site when it was aimed toward college/high school students instead of kids. No, it was how they not only started killing the female staffers one after the other but specifically making note of it. Felt kind of creepy and a bit misogynistic. Of course they quickly turned it around by then killing all the male staff and at one point noting the sudden turn. I could maybe only assume they did that to 1. set up suspicion on The Beader who was the last surviving female and 2. the later deaths were generally more gruesome than the early ones and, in trying to actually avoid being misogynistic ironically, killed most of the female staffers early during the more benign deaths.
Also, another thing I noticed was that usually the next victim was a living staff member who got some focus on the last chapter, kind of felt predictable after awhile.
Anyway, Dr. Sloth is revealed to be the true culprit, though some things still confuse me like:
* Why did Sloth go after all the female staff members but then stop when there was only a couple left? Was it just a coincidence? was he trying to frame one of the remaining female staffers?
* Why did J. Boogie say Monster Boy was the killer? And if Monster Boy did kill J. Boogie, why?
