What would a game be without prizes to win? Ghoul Catchers is no exception. Below is an outline of the various prizes you can win.
Signing Up
For signing up to the game, you'll receive 10,000 NP and the items below. You will receive a neomail notification for all item prizes.
Completing a Level
For completing a level, you'll receive the following Neopoint rewards based on the number of stars you receive. The Neopoint cap is 50k a day, and it resets at midnight GMT (which is about 7 hours ahead of NST).

Not receiving your prizes?
Unfortunately, this is a widespread issue affecting Neopians on all three platforms (iOS, Android, and Facebook) that the game is available on. Prizes are awarded completely normally for some, but not for others.
The best we can suggest right now is to submit a ticket to Neopets support at http://www.neopets.com/help.phtml so that they may award your account appropriately. Be sure to be very specific with which prizes you are missing, and which platform you signed up on.
